Consumer rights

Rights you have regardless of what we write

Nothing in our policies reduces the protection UAE law gives you as a consumer. In particular, Federal Decree-Law No. 15 of 2020 on Consumer Protection gives you the right to accurate information about what you are buying, and to have defective goods repaired, replaced or refunded.

Your personal data is protected by Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021, which gives you the rights set out in our privacy policy — access, correction, erasure, portability, and withdrawal of consent.

If we cannot resolve a complaint between us, you may raise it with the consumer protection service of the UAE Ministry of Economy or with the consumer protection department of your emirate. We would rather you came to us first, at legal@eyevora.com, but the choice is yours and using it costs you nothing.
