Buying glasses online should not be a gamble
A frame is the one thing you wear on your face every day, and the internet has spent twenty years asking people to buy them from a photo of somebody else. We built Eyevora to close that gap.
Why we exist
The fit question is the whole question
Everyone knows what they like when they see it in a mirror. Almost nobody knows their lens width in millimetres, or whether a 52mm square frame will sit right on their bridge. That gap is why eyewear has one of the highest return rates in retail, and why so many people still buy frames they are not happy with.
Eyevora is built around removing that guess. Every product page carries the full frame specification — lens width, bridge, temple length, frame width — and every frame can be placed on a photo of your own face before you decide. You are not choosing from a stranger’s cheekbones.
The rest follows from the same principle: hold our own stock so we can describe it accurately, price in one number so nothing is hidden, and write our policies in language a person can read.
How we work
Three things we decided not to compromise on
See it on your face first
Upload a photo and our try-on places the frame on it, scaled to your features rather than pasted on at a fixed size. It is the closest thing to a mirror that a website can honestly offer.
We hold our own stock
Every frame we list is in our own hands. No dropshipping, no marketplace sellers, no third party deciding what actually arrives in your box or how long it takes.
One price, VAT included
The number on the product page is the number you pay. VAT at 5% is included, and free delivery starts at AED 200 — no surprises assembled at the last checkout step.

Authentic or nothing
We buy through authorised channels and keep the paperwork. If a frame is not genuine, it is not on this site.
Delivered across the Emirates
Standard delivery in 2 – 4 working days through Aramex, Fetchr, Shipa and Emirates Post, with cash on delivery available up to AED 5,000.
No invented discounts
A crossed-out price on this site is a price the product was genuinely sold at. We would rather charge less than pretend to.
Returns without an argument
14 days to change your mind on unworn frames in their original packaging. The exclusions are listed plainly, not buried.
Where we are
Built in the UAE, for the UAE
We are based in Dubai and ship across all seven emirates. Prices are in AED, support answers on Gulf time, and delivery is handled by couriers who actually know the address formats here.
Phase by phase we are widening what we carry and where we deliver. For now, doing one market properly matters more to us than a checkout that claims to ship everywhere and disappoints most of it.
